Kimberly D. Bolinskey
Kimberly Bolinskey joined GBSR Attorneys in 2017. She has been a practicing Virginia Attorney since 1997, and is a native of Southwest Virginia. Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she also received her undergraduate degree.
Kimberly’s past legal experience is highly varied ranging from Administrative Law, Civil Litigation, Family, and Criminal Law. She has practiced law in the private sector, and public sector as a legal aid attorney, public defender, and assistant commonwealth’s attorney. She has tried cases across the State in the Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts, General District Courts, Circuit Courts, and the U.S. District Court.
Kimberly is dedicated to explaining and simplifying the complex legal process to her clients, step-by-step, so that they are fully informed and comfortable whether their case is resolved by trial, or by negotiation and settlement. She also finds it important to fully listen to her clients in order to understand the situation and circumstances leading to their need for legal representation, which often involves a history of a complex relationship.
Kimberly’s interest an hobbies include home improvement projects, interior design, arts and crafts, and pet advocacy.
